Fuji DPC Units Integration with Counter Attack

We are pleased to announce that Counter Attack is now integrated to the Fuji DPC (Digital Photo Centre) units installed in Fuji Photo Labs throughout the world.

After inserting the memory stick from their digital camera into the DPC unit and selecting the services required, the DPC unit automatically produces a Job ticket. A unique Job Number is generated with each Job and printed on each ticket. The ticket is then taken to the sales counter where the Job Number is entered into Counter Attack. All services for that Job are then automatically displayed on the Counter Attack sales screen The operator may then finalise the transaction, or process additional items into the sale.

Multiple DPC Jobs may be recalled into the current sales transaction - which enables the customer to pay for any number of DPC Jobs with the one, easy, Payment.

If the transaction is processed for a Loyalty Customer, Counter Attack will automatically track the purchasing statistics on each customer.

A powerful Report Writer within the software allows management to report on customer trends and sales statistics.

Counter Attack uses Microsoft SQL Server®

All Point of Sale units are not created equal. The integrity of your data is paramount and with Microsoft SQL Server® your data is stored on a safe & robust database system.

Counter Attack takes this one step further by backing up your transaction files in two other locations in the event of a power failure.
